Staff helped with dining directions on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, restaurant, fitness center, outdoor pool. I keep coming back for a romantic escape.

The rooms at Hampton Inn & Suites Arundel Mills/Baltimore are seriously comfortable and spacious. I felt right at home with the coffee maker, microwave, and fridge, and the free WiFi made it super easy to stay connected.

The air conditioning was a bit loud for my liking, but I know others might not mind.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a large and impressive outlet just a 2-minute walk away. The daily breakfast was satisfactory and I appreciated the variety that differed each day. it was a good experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore.

The hotel is conveniently located near the BWI airport, which is great for travelers. The location is also convenient to local attractions such as the harbor and casino. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and functional bathrooms. The breakfast options are good, and the staff is friendly and professional. there is a fitness area for those who like to exercise during their stay.

There were some noise issues with other guests at times, which can be a bit annoying.

Both my daughter and I loved being there. The continental breakfast that I ordered was savoury with scrambled eggs, ham and also the brown Western omelettes.

The breakfast bar, highlighted by a hand-painted mural, was an ideal spot to start the day. The ambiance felt like having breakfast in an art gallery, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead.

Cold breakfast in a bag is poor.

I had an awesome experience and would come here again, really enjoyed the city and hotel. Everything was awesome, sublime property, the location was stunning so close to Annapolis, the mall and Interstate 95. I was met by amazing and wonderful staff at the lobby.

I chose this hotel for a work training session as it provides excellent conference space, a meeting room, and access to a seasonal outdoor pool, free executive business center, free guest laundry, and a 24-hour fitness center. The property offered a meeting room with several catering and audio/visual options, which was convenient for our training needs.

I missed having a dedicated business center with printing services for work-related needs.

Everything was nice, friendly service, unbeatable location just next door to casino and many restaurants and the airport.

Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities that I required, including a comfortable king bed on the first floor and a thermostat set at a perfect 68F. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.

All in all, I couldn't find a single fault with my stay at this hotel.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel adjacent to the bustling Arundel Mills Mall. With over 200 stores, including top-notch brands, the Muvico Egyptian 24 Theatres for movie buffs, Dave & Busters for family fun, and the Medieval Times Dinner Theater for a unique dining experience, we were spoiled for choice in entertainment. The location made everything so convenient and enjoyable for the whole family. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk across the street to a huge mall and movie theater. It was so convenient to have plenty of dining options nearby. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices including eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal. And let's not forget the all-day complimentary coffee, which was a great perk!

The blanket was so thick and comfortable, it felt like a weighted blanket. The breakfast sausage was also delicious. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
