The breakfast was basic but free. Despite construction and water issues, the location is unbeatable. I enjoyed the proximity to the mall, casino, and movie theater. The service was warm, and the room was comfortable. I will return for the convenience and experience.

The bed was huge and the room layout was spacious with a great selection of TV channels. The location near the mall and restaurants was fantastic, and the staff was super friendly. Although the door lock felt a bit flimsy, it didn't really bother us during our stay. 👍

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Despite some minor noise from adjacent rooms, we appreciated the comfortable stay and the delicious breakfast provided. The ongoing renovations did not greatly impact our experience, and the spacious King suite was a nice upgrade for added comfort.

Both my daughter and I loved being there. The continental breakfast that I ordered was savoury with scrambled eggs, ham and also the brown Western omelettes.

The room was clean & comfy, but had a very sticky floor 😕. The staff were friendly & left us a thoughtful anniversary card 💌. Great location for exploring the area.

However, the room had a musty smell, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and broken amenities like the door handle and lamp shade. The staff were friendly, but the lack of safety measures for children in the gym was concerning. The hotel falsely advertised free parking and shuttle services to the airport, causing inconvenience and a late-night move to another hotel. A crosswalk to the mall would enhance safety.
